Technician Assistantc

Job Description
Assist technicians with day-to-day tasks including assembling and maintaining equipment and powersports products. The right candidate must have great attention to detail, strong communication skills and follow all safety precautions. They should have in interest and desire to grow in the powersports or agriculture industry.

Job Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited to the Following:

• Build and assemble machines or mechanical components according to manufacturer requirements
• Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems
• Accurately document inspection results, work performed, and parts used
• Assist with the organization and cleanliness of the facility and yard
• Assist customers when loading or unloading units
• Maintain and repair shop equipment
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in equipment repair or related field preferred
• Experience operating agricultural or construction equipment considered an asset
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
